"Butterfly effect"
Is surprising the way, you're my most important butterfly effect.
Because without you in my life, I'm not sure what would have happened.
Is simply curious, because it was just moving,
And that way we became friends, bus ride buddies.
And now you're important, you're nice and bright,
You're the sun to my moon, you shine at every sight.
You're the one I go to when I have an idea,
And the muse of more of those.
You shine in my life, and I hope we stay like that,
You're my oldest friend, one of the best I have, and I hope I'll keep you in my life for another lifetime.

Mapss is a teen writer, based in Colombia. She likes writing to express her feelings, those that she finds hard to express by speaking.
"Butterfly effect" is about her oldest friend, the first person she likes to go to, even after all this years.
Poetry and little rants are the way she deals with her emotions, written mainly from her vulnerability, and she hopes her writing would ever resonate with someone.
